These Terms and Conditions of Business ("Terms") govern the provision of security services ("Services") by Intelligent Protection International Limited ("Intelligent Protection", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") to our clients ("Client", "you", or "your"). Our mission is to deliver exceptional security solutions tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.

Intelligent Protection International Limited, known as Intelligent Protection in short is a UK based company that is registered in the UK, France and Iraq.

Our Process

Service Request Process: When a potential client contacts Intelligent Protection, we will need as much relevant information as possible to prepare a comprehensive quote.

This information normally includes but is not restricted to:

• What service is required
• When the service is required
• The duration of the service
• The location of the service
• The background of the client
• Any other relevent information

In certain instances, Intelligent Protection may need to conduct a comprehensive "Security Risk Assessment" to define an accurate scope of work. When this is necessary, it will be clearly noted in our "Offer Details".

Offer Details: Once accurate information is received, Intelligent Protection will present a detailed quote. This quote will reflect factors such as location, duration, risk profile or the task and of the client, and include a proposal of work, encompassing all known and anticipated expenses.

Acceptance and Agreement: At this stage, the client must either accept the offer or discuss any adjustments to the requirements. Both parties will agree on the services to be provided, with Intelligent Protection committing to deliver these services in exchange for a fee.

Intention to Create Legal Relations: Upon agreement, both parties confirm their intent for the arrangement to be legally binding.

Capacity to Contract: Both parties entering the agreement must possess the legal capacity to do so. This includes being of sound mind, at least 18 years of age, and not legally restricted from contracting (e.g., due to mental incapacity or bankruptcy status).

Issuance of Contract: Intelligent Protection will provide the client with a copy of our terms and conditions, along with our contract, which must be signed before any services commence. For emergency situations, interim contracts may be issued, with the understanding that a full contract will replace these as soon as feasible.

Contract Updates and Amendments: Intelligent Protection will issue new contracts as necessary, such as when an interim contract is replaced or when the scope of services is reevaluated due to changed circumstances. We will collaborate closely with clients to amend contracts when significant information changes.

Agreement to Terms: By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms outline the responsibilities, rights, and obligations of both parties and constitute a binding agreement between you and Intelligent Protection. It is essential to review these Terms thoroughly, as they will govern our professional relationship and ensure a transparent partnership.

Governing Law: All contracts are issued under the applicable law—whether English, French, or Iraqi—based on the location of the service. Contracts are transparent and established in good faith.
